This position will be responsible for the development of workforce metrics and reporting dashboards/scorecards, all tied to business performance, functional objectives and program impact. You will help map and improve processes, and will be the key data interface with Mission related programs and service.

You Will Solve Essential Business Challenges Such As

  • Identifying opportunities for program and service delivery improvement
  • Predicting which of our applicants each year would make great hires - Identifying what characteristics make a great salesperson, engineer etc.
  • Creating an on-going reporting environment builds confidence that surfaces issues quickly
  • Other key business issues where data might give us greater leverage.

We're looking for someone who is compulsive about data integrity, and loves digging into numbers, building models, designing impactful data visualization, and creatively communicating recommendations. You will have the ability to balance multiple priorities, deep analytical rigor, and excellent written and visual communication skills. You will be working in a data-rich environment with source data from Workforce Development, HR, and other systems.

Job Requirements


  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with teammates and business leaders
  • Automate workforce metrics and dashboards to deliver insights at scale
  • Analyze large data sets to distill insights from data and connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations & executive presentations
  • Coordinates CARF accreditation preparation and site visit.
  • Oversee administration and analysis of annual employee survey.
  • Design and analyze program evaluation and employee and client satisfaction surveys.
  • Generate relevant data reports and presentations for grants, annual reports and presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Determine relevant approach for predictive analytics, including data requirements, trade-offs in analytical methods, and interpretation of results.
  • Build models to assess trends, project needs, surface challenges, and estimate costs.
  • Ensure data quality processes; drive consistent use and adoption of measures, hierarchies, tools and reporting standards.

Skills and Experience

  • Expertise in database management, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Experience collaborating on projects involving multiple teams, managing an ongoing relationship with client, and presenting to audiences.
  • Experience using Excel and other data packages such as R, SQL or Python. Experience building and maintaining a solution to collect, store, and organize data to address client needs.
  • Experience using data visualization (e.g., tables, charts, graphs) to represent analyses to an executive audience.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative analytical strategies and working with multiple data sources to generate insights from analyses (e.g. dashboards, tables, metrics), answering questions or creating solutions, and manipulating data (e.g., check for data issues, clean, merge) to measure the effectiveness of programs, interventions, and efforts for an organization.
  • Passion about bringing data to life with the ability to simplify and present data in a logical, concise & compelling manner.
  • Able to understand strategic objectives and translate into delivery. Humble attitude with ability to shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves with functional teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty and rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics or related field strongly preferred; relevant advanced education would be advantageous.
